About the Project
Metin2 SEO Blog Tool is an AI-powered content generation platform developed for the metin2pvpserverler.pro website. SEO-optimized blog posts are automatically generated with Claude AI integration. The forum scraping feature pulls trending topics from TurkMMO, Metin2.dev, and FRMTR forums, and AI suggests SEO-friendly titles from these topics. Each post is automatically analyzed with a 10-metric SEO scoring system (title length, meta description, keyword density, heading structure, content length, etc.). Cost control is ensured with API budget tracking.
Challenges
The biggest challenges included real-time streaming content generation with Claude AI API, web scraping from multiple forum sites with different HTML structures, developing an accurate and comprehensive SEO scoring algorithm, and keeping API costs within budget. Additionally, correctly converting Turkish characters in slug generation and scraping different forum sources with error tolerance were among the technical challenges.
Solutions
Content from Claude AI was streamed to the user in real-time via Server-Sent Events (SSE). Custom CSS selectors were defined for each forum site using the Cheerio library to parse different HTML structures. An SEO score was created with weighted calculation of 10 different metrics (title length, meta description, keyword density, heading structure, content length, internal links, etc.). Budget limit ($5) was enforced by logging each API call on a token basis. URL-safe slug conversion was achieved with a Turkish character map.
Results
The tool is successfully being used to generate blog content for the metin2pvpserverler.pro website. 7 blog posts have been automatically generated and published. The average SEO score has been maintained at 69/100. The total API cost has stayed within budget at $0.76. By scraping real topics from the community through the forum scanning feature, content relevant to the target audience has been produced.
